These terms apply to every order placed through this site. Placing an order means you accept them. We may update them, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order — for example if a piece has sold out between your adding it to the cart and confirming, or if the delivery details cannot be verified. If we decline an order that has already been paid for, it is refunded in full.

All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free standard delivery.

We accept cash on delivery and card payments by Visa, Mastercard and Meeza.

If a price is listed in error we will contact you before processing the order, and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel.

We describe our pieces as accurately as we can, including fabric composition, fit and measurements. Screens vary, so colours may appear slightly different from the physical piece.

Stock shown on the site reflects what is available at that moment. A size may sell out while you are browsing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, particularly your phone number and delivery address. Keep your account details to yourself.

The ZTS name, logo, product photography and site content belong to ZTS and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute falls to the Egyptian courts.
